Afternoon of Mozart, Musicals and Mayhem music

COME and relax to the sounds of the South Burnett Chorale at one of the South Burnett's historic homesteads.

The South Burnett Chorale will be performing their Mozart, Musicals and Mayhem concert on Sunday, August 25.

Listen to the classical sounds of Mozart, hum along to the familiar tunes of popular musicals or wait in anticipation for the sounds of 'mayhem.'

The choir will show off their repertoire of popular songs and harmonies at the Taabinga Homestead from 2pm.

Concert tickets will cost $10, including afternoon tea.

Any children 12 years and under attending the concert will be able to enjoy the music for free.

This concert is an opportunity for family, friends and other members of the community to come and hear the songs the community choir have been working hard on all year under the direction of conductor Julee-anne Bell.

The concert, hosted by patrons Colin and Libby Leu Marshall, will be held at the Taabinga Homestead at 7 Old Taabinga Rd, Haly Creek, Kingaroy.

Visitors are encouraged to park in the parking area in front of the homestead and to pay for their tickets on the day of the concert.
