Alleged Burnett rape case moves forward
AN ALLEGED Burnett rape case involving international witnesses is moving forward in Kingaroy Magistrates Court.
The 49-year-old Mondure man's case was heard in court on Thursday, September 26.
Decisions were made regarding applications and the man will appear in court again on October 24.
He has been charged with one count of unlawful and indecent assault, two counts of rape, one court of sexual assault and one count of deceptive recruitment.
The South Burnett man is also charged with a count of possessing dangerous drugs, one charge of authority required to possess explosives and one charge of the secure storage of weapons.
