Captain's Dinner guest Greg Inglis enters rehab clinic
FORMER Melbourne Storm and South Sydney Rabbitohs star Greg Inglis has been admitted to a rehabilitation clinic.
In a statement put out by the South Sydney Rabbitohs this morning, the club revealed the former indigenous sporting star was seeking support for his mental health.
Rabbitohs and Souths Cares ambassador Greg Inglis, who was announced as a guest for South Burnett Relay for Life's Captain's Dinner on July 27, has entered a facility to undergo treatment to assist with and support his mental health.
"On behalf of Greg and his family, we ask the media and the public to respect their privacy," the club's statement read.
"No further comment will be made by the Rabbitohs, Greg, his management or his family at this time."
