CHARGED: Teen driver busted three times over the limit
CHOOSING to get behind the wheel while three times over the alcohol limit has booked an 18-year-old Goodger man a date with the magistrate.
The Mitsibishi Ute driver blew 0.162 blood alcohol concentration at a roadside breath test on Reservoir Rd, Kingaroy at 12.30am on Saturday.
He will face Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 11.
This was one of a number of drink-driving cases across the South Burnett at the weekend.
A 49-year-old Gympie man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court after blowing 0.12 blood alcohol concentration at a roadside breath test on Douglas Rd, Murgon at 8.40pm on Sunday.
The man will also face one charge of unlicensed driving and will attend a drug diversion program after police found drug utensils in his car.
A 20-year-old Nanango South man will face court charged with drink-driving as the holder of a provisional licence.
The Mazda ute driver blew 0.023 blood alcohol concentration at a roadside breath test at 10.20pm on Saturday.
A 33-year-old Kingaroy man will face court on November 11 charged with drink-driving and unlicensed driving.
The Ford sedan driver returned a 0.08 per cent blood alcohol concentration to a roadside breath test on Reen St, Kingaroy at 11.50pm on Friday.
