GALLERY: Young Stags run harder than Mustangs to win title

RUGBY LEAGUE: It came down to the final minutes of extra time in the South Burnett Under-14s grand final to decide the premiership winner.

At the full time siren U14s Nanango Stags and Murgon Mustangs were equalised at 10 all.

They played out the first five minutes of extra time with the scores remaining the same.

However, the Stags managed to snag a try in the second half of extra time to claim the victory over the home side taking the total up to 14 -10.

Nanango Stag Dominique Sandow was awarded Player of the Match as well as Junior Eagle of the Year for all of his efforts on the field.
