Kingaroy man charged for breaking into car

Unlawful entry

KINGAROY police charged a 37-year-old Kingaroy man after investigations revealed he was connected to the unlawful entry of a motor vehicle in Haly St on October 10.

A 37-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26, charged with possessing tainted property.

A KINGAROY man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26, after he was charged with driving whilst over the general limit.

The 22-year-old man pulled over his Mazda utility on the Bunya Highway at Crawford for police on Monday October 15 at 8.30pm.

He returned a BAC of 0.056 per cent from the roadside breath test.

Dangerous drugs

A 24-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26, charged with possessing a dangerous drug and possessing drug utensils.

Kingaroy police went to a residence on William St, where they located the 24-year-old man allegedly attempting to hide two ice pipes in his bag on Monday October 15 at 11am.

Police subsequently executed a search warrant at a Jean St residence and allegedly located a small quantity of cannabis and a bong.

Unlicensed driver

A KINGAROY man was charged with driving whilst unlicensed after he was pulled over for the purposes of a Roadside Breath Test on Monday October 15 at 10.30pm.

The 22-year-old man pulled over his Holden station wagon on Haly St for Kingaroy police and licence checks revealed his licence was expired.

He will appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26.

Drug driving

A TINGOORA man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 3, charged with driving with a relevant drug present.

Kingaroy police intercepted the 22-year-old man's Hyundai hatchback on Poinciana Avenue on Friday October 19 at 3.50pm.

The man allegedly returned a positive sample to having a relevant drug present in his system.

A 31-year-old Narrabeen man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26, charged with driving over the general limit.

The man pulled over his Mitsubishi station wagon for Kingaroy police on Haly St on Saturday October 20 at 12.05am.

The man allegedly returned a positive sample to a roadside breath test, with a BAC of 0.09 per cent.

Disqualified licence

A 39-year-old Tingoora man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26, charged with driving whilst disqualified.

Kingaroy police had intercepted a Kia station wagon on Haly St, Kingaroy on Saturday October 20, at 4.20am.

Drug driving

KINGAROY police intercepted a 26-year-old Kingaroy man driving a Holden commodore on Youngman St.

The man allegedly returned a positive sample to having a relevant drug present in his system.

He will appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 3, charged with driving with a relevant drug present.
