Hundreds of residents have turned out to Kingaroy Town Hall tonight to hear about and voice their concerns regarding the proposed coal mine.

CONCERNED residents will meet at Kingaroy Town Hall tonight for a meeting about the mine proposed outside the town.

Hosted by the Kingaroy Concerned Citizens Group, the meeting will discuss issues with health and property values, the approvals process and more.

Inala doctor Rock Boothroyd will speak, as will Syd Plant, Vicki Perrin, Keith Campbell, Deb Frecklington and David Littleproud.

The event starts at 7pm.
