Man airlifted after quad bike accident in Boondooma
A MAN in his 40s has suspected spinal injuries after a quad bike accident at Manar Park, Boondooma today.
The 44-year-old was treated by the Queensland Ambulance Service before being airlifted to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition.
It's the second quad bike crash the CareFlight team has attended in under four hours.
The Surat Gas Aero-Medical Service (SGAS) airlifted a woman in her thirties who was mustering cattle near Roma when she crashed, the bike landing on top of her.
She was flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
