Q and A: Simon's bad habits are 'clicking off' his friends

WE ALL have our thoughts on how the world could be a better place.

Everyone has their differing views on various topics relating to our region and the world around us.

We have all had different backgrounds and different journeys though this thing called life.

We've all had triumphs, we've all learnt lessons, but most of all, we have all got a remarkable story to share.

In this weekly feature, we ask residents of the South Burnett ten interesting questions about the highs and lows of their lives.

This week's Q and A responses come from Kingaroy business owner, Simon Gibson.

What is something you really resent paying for?

Parking.

What is the best advice you ever received?

Work hard and the rest will take care of itself.

What do you do to relax?

Watch sport and spend time with family.

What is one thing you would struggle to quit?

I do enjoy a beer.

What do you wish you knew when you were younger?

Nothing really, it's all about learning.

What is the worst injury you've had and how did it happen?

I broke my ankle playing soccer.

What would your friends say is your worst habit?

Clicking my pen.

What is the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?

My parents moved from England to Australia in 1970 with my sister and I.

They left behind all their family and friends to give us a better opportunity.

I can not thank them enough.

If you could write a new law, what would it be?

You must have to pass a test and get a licence to be a parent.

It would fix a lot of problems.
