RAISING three daughters is a full time gig but Commercial Hotel day duty manager Tegan Cramp has found the time to enter this year's U.G.L.Y Bartender competition.

Each year U.G.L.Y. Bartenders across Australia help to beat blood cancer by raising money for the Leukaemia Foundation to provide its vital accommodation service.

It costs $80 for one night's accommodation so the parents of a sick child can be by their side to support them during their challenging time.

Mrs Cramp wanted to help and that's why she is this year's Commercial Hotel U.G.L.Y Bartender, which is the acronym for Understanding, Generous, Likeable, You.

"I am extremely lucky for the health of my family so this is the least I can do,” Mrs Cramp said.

The Commercial Hotel team have a lot of upcoming events to raise funds for the cause.

"The goal is to raise as much money as possible so we are hosting events like the U.G.L.Y Blue Party, Father's Day buffet and a Sunday sunset session,” Mrs Cramp said.

Since its inception, U.G.L.Y. Bartenders from all over the country have raised over $11.7 million providing over 145,000 nights of accommodation for parents of children with Leukaemia.

To assist Mrs Cramp raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation, head to the Facebook page or just pop into the pub and say hi.

"We have participated in the U.G.L.Y Bartender fundraiser in the past, but this year we want to do it properly,” Mrs Cramp said.
