Three taken to hospital in separate road crashes

THREE people have been taken to hospital in three separate vehicle crashes in the South Burnett.

A woman was taken to hospital following a crash on the Bunya Hwy on Monday morning.

The woman, in her 20s, was involved in the single-vehicle crash on the Bunya Hwy at Boyneside 6.19am.

She was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.

A man in his 40s was taken to Jandowae Hospital after a motorbike crash on Chinchilla-Wondai Rd at 12.25am Monday.

The man had back pain, but was in a stable condition.

RACQ LifeFlight airlifted a man involved in a motorbike crash at Blackbutt on Sunday.

A LifeFlight spokesperson said the man lost control of the motorbike on the D'Aguilar Hwy, causing serious chest and spinal injuries.

The LifeFlight helicopter was called to the scene about 1.15pm.

The man was flown to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
