What you can buy for over $10m on Gumtree right now

IT'S amazing what you can buy on Gumtree.

And it seems no item is too expensive, with some of the biggest buys in Australia listed on the site.

Here are five things you can buy for over $10m on Gumtree right now:

1. A family home in Bali for $150m

Wake up to rice paddy and mountain views in this family home in Bali for $150m.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-level house overlooks "beautiful rice paddies with mountain, river and rice paddy views" only 10 minutes drive from Sanur and a "quick walk or short drive" to the local beach.

The ad says the property has "an excellent local atmosphere with many children often flying kites in the rice fields".

But for $150m for this modest home - perhaps this is a typo.

If you were to buy it in Rupiahs it's only $1,478,504,340,000.

2. Made to order luxury mega yacht for $50m

Luxury mega yacht. Designed in Sydney. Made in Italy.

For $50m you can get one of these (rather impressive looking if the pic is anything to go by) mega yachts made to order.

According to this ad there is a mob from Italy, living in Sydney that can "hear your needs" and draw a "high standard quality Mega yacht for you".

They say it's their "pleasure to help you to make the best choise [sic]".

3. A $26m cattle station in the Northern Territory

For $26m, you can purchase this 250,000 acre property with seven houses, 8,000head of Brahman cattle, huge machinery and hay sheds with "a list of machinery and tractors to die for", silage pits, small feed lot, and plenty of water, close to town and with highway frontage.

The ad says this is a rare opportunity to secure one of the best agricultural cattle stations in the NT.

Sounds ideal.

Do you hear this opportunity knocking?

4. Gold Coast high-rise development site for $12m

Attention all developers - or wannabe developers - here's one for you.

For $12m, you could scoop up this "landmark development in the heart of Australia's Gold Coast."

According to the ad, 200 residential apartments, 58 x one-bedroom units, 116 x two-bedroom units and 26 x three-bedroom units have been approved for the site only a few minutes walk from the beach.
